Chislehurst, BR7 5HF

This project involved the conversion of an old listed coach house into a three-bedroom property with a back extension. The ground floor of the coach house featured a double garage space and a tool storage area at the back and four storage rooms on the first floor.

The area that was the garage was converted into an office while the tool storage area was extended by 5 meters and converted into a kitchen/dining area and a bathroom. The first floor was converted into a large bedroom, a bathroom and a small sized bedroom.

The work involved firstly the demolition of several walls, the 5m extension, the construction of new walls for the bedrooms, bathrooms and office, heating, plumbing and the electrical wiring systems. The project also featured the installation of new windows, skylights, the bathrooms, full decorations and lastly the kitchen installation.

Chislehurst, BR7 5HF

This large project involved the renovation, conversion, double storey side extension and full refurbishment of an old abandoned and neglected listed nursery into a 30 bedroom mansion with a new back orangery and landscaping for the land around the mansion.

The old nursery contained 13 partitioned rooms. At the start of the build the nursery had rotten flooring with only the flooring joists remaining, the roof was in such a bad condition that it had to be fully replaced. The old electrical wiring and plumbing had to be completely removed with new ones installed. The partitions were removed and the rooms were restored to their original size. All the inside walls and ceilings had to be stripped then redone with insulation, gypsum boards and plastered. New flooring, new coving and skirting boards where installed in every room. All the rooms were painted and fully decorated. All of the windows and doors had to be either replaced or refurbished at a 60:40 ratio. The brickwork was restored by cleaning and repaired in places where it was necessary.

The double extension and orangery together contain 17 rooms and were built from scratch with full foundations, brickwork, roofing, plumbing, electricals, decoration, kitchen and bathroom installation. The project involved installing the plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and the installation of bathtubs, showers, basins, sinks and radiators for 10 bathrooms in total for both the extension and the old nursery. The property has two kitchens which were fitted near the end of the project.

Beckenham, BR3 1SD

This project involved a full refurbishment of an 18-room house in Beckenham, including a conversion of a basement into an independent 2-bedroom flat. The main house has been extended with a single storey back extension and a raised tilted patio. The apartment was in good structural condition, but the inside needed a full refurbishment with the brickwork at the front of the house also requiring restoration. The floor required replacement.

The main house was first extended by 5x4m, a large roof lantern was fitted, the sliding doors were installed, several walls were removed, the basement was converted into a 2-bedroom flat. The four bathrooms were fully replaced and refurbished with new tiling, new baths, showers, basins, toilets and new plumbing through the house.

For the decoration all the ceilings and walls were re-plastered in every room, underfloor heating was installed, herringbone flooring was fitted, new covings, new skirting, new architrave, new spot lights, new electrics, re-positioned sockets and new switches were installed or fitted. Every room was painted, and new lights were installed. Finally, the brickwork and windows at the front of the house were restored.

Lewisham SE10 8AW

This project involved a full refurbishment of a property with 10 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms, living room, reception and kitchen. The house was old but did not require any structural work.

The old flooring and wall boards were stripped, a few walls were removed, old kitchen removed, new partition walls were added, electrics rewired, plumbing redone, new central heating, new light placements and switches added, sound insulation for floors and walls added, new gypsum boards were fixed, every room had all the walls and ceilings plastered.

All the rooms were painted, new floor was fitted, new lights fitted, the new kitchen was fitted. A double garage was also built on the property.

Beckenham BR3 1LZ

The property required a full renovation and featured 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at the start. The project started with a double storey 7×3.8m side extension to create an independent two-bedroom house. A second single storey 4x6m rear extension was built to expand the living space of the main house.

After the two extensions all the wall boards and floors were stripped and removed. New electrics, plumbing and central heating were installed. After new insulation and gypsum boards were fitted. The walls and ceiling were then plastered after every room was also painted and the new flooring was fitted. Three bathrooms and two modern kitchens were fitted in the course of the project all with brand new plumbing.

Greenwich SE10 0RG

At the start of the project the commercial property was a large empty shell. The project started with the construction of a wall to split the property in half, then floor joists were built to half the space again creating four spaces of equal size. Each house contains 2 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom on the ground floor and a kitchen, living area and maisonette on the first floor. The two houses were built in mirror image of each other.

After the walls and floor joists were built, the wiring, plumbing, heating, waste and drainage systems were fitted. The walls were then fitted with full insulation, had the gypsum boards attached and plastered. All the rooms were painted, the kitchen and bathrooms were fitted, finally an oak staircase and oak floor was fitted. The whole project was finished to high specifications with a high-quality finish.

Hayes BR2 7HB

The project involved a 4x8m extension with 4 skylights and a raised tiled patio, with the fitting of a 5m oak fully glazed sliding door. The extension features tiling on the same level continuing from inside the house to the patio walls and even the stairs going down into the garden all made from natural stone. The old kitchen was removed and replaced with a modern styled one. The dining area was remodelled with a new larger structural opening, plastering. Both the kitchen and dining area had stone tiles fitted at the same level and of the same type as on the patio and extension.

Bromley BR1 4NA

This project involved a double back extension, three new bathrooms, a loft conversion, a full refurbishment of the house, new plumbing, new central heating and a new electric wiring system. The extension incorporated two remote controlled skylights, a new remote-controlled fire place, a new kitchen and a skylight in the master bedroom. The living space was further extended into the garden by a glass roof patio.

At this property PSC Building Ltd carried out full refurbishment of the house. New electric, plumbing and heating systems were installed at the property. Structural openings to increase sizes of the rooms and roof modification to install roof velux windows.

Bromley BR1 4NA wooden outbuilding

This small project involved the construction of a brand new wooden outbuilding at the rear of the garden. The outbuilding served as a storage and lounge area. The structure has strip foundations is fully insulated with an independent electrical supply. Although not shown in the photos the lounge area was later fully enclosed by insulated walls and double glazed French doors. The inside was fitted with worktables, electrical heating and a storage system and is currently used as a workshop.
