Mr Pawel has been a reliable and incredibly competent builder, contractor, project manager and developer in the last 10 years.
He was first hired by me in central London to convert a decrepit old Victorian London townhouse and renovate it while also restoring some of the original features. It was during this time I discovered that Pawel and his workforce have an eye for detail and quality that is unsurpassed. He not only performed the gas, electric and water-work renovation, but also helped me source materials – even the solid Oak wood flooring from France at competitive prices. As this was my first house renovation, Pawel Project managed the changes at no extra cost. The changes vastly increased the value of the house and he has subsequently helped on 3 further renovations. He has done all these to the same high specifications. I have seen his other projects which include an immensely impressive complete new build of a 10 bedroom “superhouse” in South East London.
He turns up on the day he predicts and by and large leaves at the estimated time. The quote for the work has always been within 5% of the final costs.
